If you watch the training videos or webinar carefully, you'll notice that the data source is only a small portion of the value of HousingAlerts. The larger portion is what we do with the data — how we prepare, analyze, and present it for easy consumption and decision-making (the Market Outlook Score, the S.T.A.R. / T.A.P.S. / Wealth Phase studies, the Map heatmaps, and The Table rankings). The raw numbers are the ingredients; the Technical Analysis layered on top is the recipe.
