Can I use HousingAlerts material on my website?

Unfortunately, you cannot use our articles or similar content on your website — we'd get penalized by Google for "duplicate content."

If there's a particular chart you'd like to use that doesn't disclose much of the proprietary info members pay to access, we may allow it on a case-by-case basis for affiliate marketing only — send us a link so we can see it in context on your site. If you use a chart (with permission), keep the copyright and watermark intact (which could let people bypass you by typing our URL directly).

In general, you'll make more sales by sending prospects to www.HousingAlerts.com directly from email links, rather than to a different site and hoping they click through — you'll lose most of that traffic. If you're monetizing traffic already on your site, a strong endorsement, a short 'warm-up' article/testimonial, and/or our banner ads work well. Your goal is to get people to our site and onto the Special Market Report video (housingalerts.com/fair-warning) as directly as possible for maximum sales.
